!! Cheap, yet, VERY CLEAN (condominium style) hotel !! (only $21-$23 per day...unlimited stay... pay per day/week/bi-weekly!!) Nice, SAFE neighborhood...with a bus stop to downtown Puerto Vallarta within just 5 min walk (or less than $10 by Uber to downtown or airport). 2 local grocery stores just outside the hotel (Kiosko,OXXO and multiple small, family style restaurants all around)... TIP TO SAVE $$$, IT'S BEST TO BOOK ONLINE

This place is a great choice for someone who wants to get away from tourist land, it’s a 20min scoot and probably double that by car to the Malecon, I had a motorbike so not an issue for me. It’s 2 blocks off the main road where there are plenty of places to eat. There is a store across the street open until 10:00 for your snacks and drinks. The neighborhood is half dirt roads in a residential neighborhood, be prepared for bustle and tune of true Mexican culture. There are cats, dogs, children, ice cream trucks, all roaming the streets making noise but everything gets quite calm around 10:00. The room was large for its price and everything worked great, I even had hot-ish water. They only clean your room if prompted but they have no issue getting it done. Kids were in the pool often and the caretaker was very handy using translate always helping whenever I had a request. Please remember with this hotel, the price is right, it’s not high end.
Aire acondicionado, habitación amplia, agua caliente. Facturan tu estancia. Alberquita y mesitas de estar, tanto en tercer piso como en planta baja. A unas cuadras de la av para tomar el camión que te lleva al malecón. Las calles de alrededor son de terracería, pero de fácil acceso. Las chicas de recepción, muy atentas. De volver otra vez me alojaría ahí

Great place, clean room, excellent and non judgmental staff. Good area, away from crowds and things. Great for a girl looking to have fun and make a few dates. Just wish it was in a busier area, but yet, I had lots of fun.
